I write

Just for the sake of writing,

Because it heals my wounds…

Those which are deep

But cannot be shown to the world…

Those that keep bleeding for days,

searching for ways

to forgive and forget…

Lost in a world of friends

Who love me

for I am always smiling

Who love me

because they don’t have any hint

of the heart that is aching.

I write because of this habit of mine,

To cover up in a smile

Whatever is troubling inside…
