The Prince of Copragrange
There once was a village deep in the heart of the great jungles of Brazil, but all who knew of this village, only knew of their great chief and how good he was to every living soul of the jungle. Even the animals had grown a likeness to this chief, bowing their heads to him. The great Mopingwarie had even shown their love by helping build the great walls of this village out of the surrounding jungles. Although, many of the villagers at his side had cowered in fear to the great anacondas of the jungle. However, the chief did not wish to cower, but to worship these great serpents as his relics to be worshipped in return.
As much as the village had worshipped their chief and these great serpents, the chief had felt overjoyed that at this very moment he would have a son. Yet growing up may have been dangerous to some, but only a playground for this young boy, for he grew to be a handful. Though, being seeked by the many villagers that had been sent to find this boy, others grew to give the fact that this boy knew the jungle like the back of his hand. Much like his father, Copra had also been praised by the many animals. Unlike the villagers that adored his father, one would grow to hate this young man.
A witch known as Grange, had put a curse on Copra so that he would never die. To live forever, in the form of the greatest serpent ever known. She trapped him in a secret lair, one that he may never escape from. Until someone pure of heart could free Copra from this fortress only to return to his village.
Not knowing this, the chief had grown weary for this time his one and only son might be forever lost in the jungle. Sending the entire village on countless searches for his lost son, the chief died. During such countless searches, a wonderer went adrift in the jungle. Wondering this stranger had stumbled upon Grange. upon her execution the village had bound the witch with vines and had sent Grange to the Great Anaconda Pit where she was to be fed alive to this massive orgy of anacondas. Torched, Grange had dropped what appeared to be a mystical pan flute. Engraved on it were the enchantments to lift the curse of Copra. Yet none of villagers were pure of heart in this vengeance, not one of the villagers were able to lift the curse. Heartbroken, the villagers grew of great grief of their foolishness, forever.
